How do I return an item?
Return of an item is not applicable for items on sale.
Client may return, lets say the bed didn’t fit in the room, then its on to management discretion to accept the return, Return in exchange for another item or a credit voucher.

This is something you need to setup with the system I think, so that there is a link or an email that is automatically send once order is processed/payment is processed / delivery
